At Poosh, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Our streamlined process ensures your exchange or refund is handled with the same care we put into our collections.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered with.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
